April 3, 2022 Meeting Posted Tuesday, April 5, 2022 03:07 PM 04/03/2022 Meeting Notes 1. Venue Update: —Bob, Christi, Kris, and Margaret met with the Venue coordinator at the site. Notes sent via separate attachment —Need to add complimentary soda as this was promised in the invite —Discussed table decor…suggested several of us bring clear vases, pick up flowers at the farmers market (Nancy?) and arrange; add purple and white ribbons for consistency —Look at the dollar store or Party City for additional decorations 2. Fun Committee/Activities: —Margaret and Nancy will emcee; discussion of whether Jim J might prefer to emcee —Will need a monitor for the “memory game” as well as gift certificates for winners —Nancy suggested a Southwest trivia game and will look into this —Need to schedule time slots for elementary school photos —June will rough out a map of evening events/timetables 5. Video Promo: —Those present created a 3-minute video encouraging classmates to attend —June will upload to YouTube —Link to be sent to classmates on next email blast —Post on SWHS class websites/FaceBook sites for each class? 3. Updated Committee List: —(See below) 4. Next Meeting: Zoom, Sunday, May 1 at 4 pm
