1. Review of survey results. Clear indication event is a “GO” for 2022.

2. Discussion of possible change of venue to outdoor or more casual space. Consensus is to stick with Embassy Suites, as we would lose $500.00 deposit (possibly more)

3. Review of next steps:

1. Review contract details, including reserving room blocks

2. Send out “Save the date” email blast (Betsy, Paul)

1. Betsy will create draft for quick review and turnaround (2/20)

3. Update registration process (Paul)

1. Current Deadlines: May 1 for early registration, June 15 final.

4. Check Bunny’s reservation details (Veronica)

4. Current schedule: Bunny’s Friday Evening, reunion Saturday. Sunday picnic tabled as of 2020

5. Theme: Come together, Come as you are. Goal is to decrease pressure to be formal

7. Discussion of Committee activities:

1. June and Jimmy “directors of fun”: Ice Breaker and other games, selfie booth

2. Need to gather door prizes

3. Discussion of “Memory Poster” flowers candles for memorial

4. Need to involve BOTH classes on committees
